Privacy policy

LinkAtlas is operated by pixelgroove. This policy explains what we store and who processes it.

What we store

• Your account: email address, name (from Google, if you sign in with Google), role and sign-in times.
• Your organization's UTM records and the conventions used to check them.
• An audit log of administrative actions. It records identifiers and action types, never free text you typed.

Processors

• Google Cloud hosts the application and database. Google provides sign-in and, if an organization connects them, read-only access to its GA4 and BigQuery data, and the Google Sheet that mirrors its records.
• Postmark sends sign-in codes and invitations.
• Anthropic processes campaign information, chat messages and summaries of imported data to provide AI review, recommendations and the assistant. Content sent to Anthropic is retained under Anthropic's API data-retention terms, which this policy will state precisely before AI features launch.

Personal data in tracking links

Personal data such as email addresses must not appear in UTM values. The platform removes it automatically when importing or discovering links. On request, pixelgroove redacts personal data from stored records; redacted values are removed from the database immediately and from backups within 8 days.
